1) ORDERS, RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS

By sending the order, the customer transmits to UNIVERSO CLASSICO snc a purchase proposal for the selected product or products. The sending of the purchase order implies the consent (pursuant to art.10 DL 185/1999) to receive any subsequent communications aimed exclusively at the conclusion of the sales contract. These orders cannot be canceled after 8 days from their communication. Orders are accepted reserving the supplier company the right to withdraw without having to justify the reason. The contract must be considered finalized when the customer's purchase proposal has been simultaneously countersigned by the selling company. The contract will be accompanied, where necessary, by bills or drawings appropriately countersigned to better define the products purchased. Where the measurements of the environments are communicated by the buyer to the seller, the former assumes full responsibility for them. The sales contract is finalized with the payment of the total agreed amount, therefore, in the case of payment in installments, with the payment of the last agreed installment. Upon conclusion of the sales contract, the buyer will pay the seller a deposit equal to 50% of the value of the supply. At the time of shipment, the receipt or, if required, the invoice including shipping costs is issued. Any VAT number must be communicated only to the invoice request at the time of the order. In no case will invoices be reissued after the shipment of the material. All contracts between UNIVERSO CLASSICO snc and the customer are concluded in Italy and therefore subject to Italian law. No responsibility is assumed for typing errors, price changes without notice and technical specifications sent directly by the supplier. Returned goods are not accepted for any reason, without the express authorization of the Seller. Said goods can be accepted for repair or replacement with the consequent costs increased by the relative transport, if the damage or the fault is attributable to the buyer. If, exceptionally, a return or exchange of goods is accepted for reasons not attributable to the selling company, the credited price will be automatically reduced by 30% to cover transport, repairs, expenses and packaging necessary for the restoration of the goods withdrawn or replaced. . If the buyer refuses to deliver the goods, he will have to arrange, at his own expense, upon invitation of the seller, to collect the furniture covered by the contract within 30 days of the invitation and to pay the residual price of the goods. After this deadline, the seller is released from any liability. Any request to change the delivery deadline must be made by the buyer in writing and the new delivery date will change the initial one. The payment of the price, however, must take place on the delivery date initially agreed. By sending the order to UNIVERSO CLASSICO snc, the Customer declares to have read and approved individually the general conditions transcribed therein, affixed to the bottom of the sales catalog.

2) PRICES

The prices indicated on the website www.universoclassico.it are to be considered VAT excluded. Any promotions remain valid no later than their deadline and while stocks last. The prices charged are reserved only for online purchases and are not to be considered valid for purchases at the Verona point of sale, following and encouraging the development of e-commerce.

3) PAYMENTS

Payment is made in cash or by cash on delivery at our administrative office. Payments recognized by the administrator are to be considered satisfactory. The amounts not paid at the pre-established deadlines will be reversed from the discount applied for the payment, thus remaining only the basic discount. After two insolvencies on the part of the purchaser, the supplier company will suspend deliveries or request payment in advance cash on delivery. Insolvencies result in the termination of any commercial concessions previously granted. When payment is agreed by means of drafts or bank receipts, the pure charge of the value of the stamps will inevitably appear on the invoice. Although the payment deadline is established in favor of the debtor, the creditor can immediately demand performance if the debtor has become insolvent. If the goods are affected by defects that do not make the goods unsuitable for use or if the goods do not comply with the contract, the payment may be suspended limited to the value of the defective or non-compliant elements. At the request of the purchaser, the supplier company performs the following finishes: DECAPÉ - LACQUERED - SAMPLE COLOR (with quote on request).

4) DELIVERY OF GOODS

The goods are sold ex our factory. The transport is carried out by authorized hauliers, from our distribution warehouse to the various destination locations, in the shortest possible time without any time limit: this excludes from the purchaser any possible recourse or penalty required for direct or indirect damages resulting from delays or interruptions or partial or total terminations of the supply. With rare exceptions, a minimum transport fee will be charged on the invoice, calculated in relation to the distance from our warehouse to the actual place of delivery. The Company excludes the possibility of delivering to private homes. Any exceptions will be burdened by a predetermined percentage. The installation and assembly of the furniture supplied will be carried out by the purchaser, unless otherwise expressly signed by the parties. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the number of packages and the state of the packaging before collecting the goods and making the necessary arrangements. Reserves to the carrier, being the only responsible for failures or failures, which cannot in any way be attributed to the supplier company. In any case, any complaint addressed to the supplier must be made in writing within 5 days from the date of actual delivery. Orders for items not included in our catalogs or with color or size variations are accepted with reserve. Any negotiations will be made from time to time with our sales department. For any high value orders, even for particular goods, please request the relative written estimate.
